Dr Mary Jones, MD
Board Certified Pediatrician | Autism & ADHD Specialist | Family Advocate
Dr Mary Jones is a board-certified pediatrician with deep expertise in autism and ADHD diagnosis and support. She brings over 20 years of clinical experience to her work with children and families, blending rigorous medical training with a compassionate, strengths-based approach. At the heart of her practice is a commitment to early, accurate diagnosis and personalized guidance that helps families understand and navigate developmental differences with confidence and clarity.
Dr Jones founded Bright Starts Pediatrics to fill a critical need for thorough, neuro-affirming evaluations for autism and ADHD. Her approach prioritizes the whole child and the family system, not just diagnostic labels. She holds advanced training in diagnostic tools such as ADOS-2 and MIGDAS-2 and is a trained life and leadership coach. This combination of medical expertise and coaching skills allows her to support families both clinically and emotionally through the evaluation and care process.
Dr Jones’ work is shaped by her personal experience as a parent within a neurodiverse family. This lived insight deepens her empathy and fuels her advocacy for health equity and clearer access to services. She focuses on empowering families with education, resources, and practical next steps that extend beyond clinical visits into everyday life.
Dr Mary Jones is joining Nu Serenity Wellness as a collaborator to expand access to thoughtful, evidence-based behavioral health support for children and families throughout the neurodiversity journey.
