Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, Late Arrival, and Refund Policy and Acknowledgments: 

We will be honest in all our dealings with you. It is virtually impossible to predict results and therefore payments made for services are for treatments to be performed — not for a specific result.  However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you.  

  In an effort to keep our prices affordable and expenses manageable for our medical team, and to provide timely services we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 

  • We ask all new and established clients to supply a credit card to have on file for Good Faith Exams, Follow-up Wellness Checks and purchasing weekly, monthly or quarterly weight loss medication. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or billed to you in the event the card is declined: 
  • Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will NOT receive a charge. 
  • No-Shows or notifications given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation fee of $100 due to expenses and/or lost appointment timeslots for other possible patients.    
  • Appointment deposits are subject to change at management’s discretion.  
  • In the event that a patient has a history of two or more no-shows or cancellations, a patient may be subject to pay the full-service price to schedule at management’s discretion.  
  • $ 50 Deposit for Consultation/Good Faith Exams

During your intake process,  you will be reminded of these at the time of scheduling. 

At NuSerenity Weight Loss and IV Therapy, we provide courtesy notices and reminders  to confirm appointments via email, text, and/or call a week before and the day prior to scheduled appointments.   

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation in regard to this policy. 

Late Arrival: 

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes prior to your Good Faith Exam, Mobile or medspa appointment time to allow time to complete paperwork or answer questions about your service you may have. We ask that you call us if you plan to be less than 15 minutes late.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if there is not enough time to complete the procedure. If more than 15 minutes, please  request to reschedule or cancel your appointment.    to inform us if that ever occurs, so we can do our best to accommodate you. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes we cannot exceed that reserved time. 

Refund and Credits Policy: 

No refunds.  Once services are purchased they will not be refunded.  However, we offer our credits for clients unused service values (cash equivalent for the remaining amount of a treatment package).  Credits can be applied to any other service.   

  • Prescription orders that are submitted online are processed immediately and may not be canceled.  
  • Orders for retail will be evaluated on an individual basis. Please be aware that NuSerenity Weight Loss and IV Therapy has the right to deny order cancellation.  

At NuSerenity Weight Loss and IV Therapy, we work with each client to discuss treatment objectives and review likely outcomes, benefits, and risks associated with each treatment.  

  • No returns on medications.  All injectable treatment sales and shipped medications (such as compound Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, IV cocktails) are final; refunds or credits cannot be offered once treatment is completed. 

All treatments, procedures, and or pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable and must be used within six months from the date of purchase. Credit from pre-paid treatments, procedures, and or packages may be applied toward other forms of treatments(s) or product(s) only at management’s discretion. Credit can only be given to and used by purchase only. NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES ONLY.
